Children’s Bicycle Safety Rodeo

Contact Joyce Staley for more information.

Riding bikes is one of the best ways for children to get fresh air and exercise during the long, hot summer months. If you are concerned about your child’s safety while riding his/her bike, please have them attend our 2nd annual bicycle safety rodeo on June 23rd. A skills course will be set up in the church’s back parking lot and teaches your child signage, obstacle avoidance, and accident prevention. Other stations will be bicycle maintenance, helmet fitting, and helmet decorating. Your child will be fitted with a free helmet as needed. “One crash, and it’s trash!” Ages 5 and over.
